Step 1
SURVEY
- Based on an initial telephone conversation the most important stakeholders are identified and Health check focal points are defined.
- The identified stakeholders receive a digital survey in which, within the agreed framework, requirements for planning, reporting and analyses, core information on processes, systems and current challenges as well as any problems with the current CPM/BI solution are queried.
Step 2
ANALYSIS
- bdg uses the results of the survey to filter out and analyse key topics and challenges.
- Experienced bdg consultants analyse the existing CPM/BI application from a technical and business perspective.
- bdg prepares a SWOT analysis based on the status quo and core objectives, taking into account processes, systems and expertise.
Step 3
REVIEW
- The results of the analysis are presented in an online workshop.
- Based on the SWOT analysis, the current position of the company with regard to processes and systems in the market environment is discussed and goals are developed.
- Based on the requirements, bdg presents options for planning, reporting and analysis and derives recommendations from best practices.
Step 4
REPORT
bdg prepares a written report on the results of the health check, including:
- Results from surveys, SWOT analysis and review of the existing CPM/BI application
- Recommendations for short-term measures to optimise the existing solution based on industry best practices and technical aspects.
- Medium-term optimisation options to maximise the benefits of the CPM/BI application in the company
