Can workshops be delivered remotely?
Yes. The Innovation Workshop, Enablement Workshop and Excellence Workshop work very effectively in a remote setting. The Health Check and Evaluation Workshop generally benefit from on-site participation but can also be delivered in a hybrid format, typically combining remote analysis with an on-site results presentation. bdg teams are based in Freiburg, Frankfurt, London and Zurich, and international workshops are part of our standard delivery model.
What is the difference between the Excellence Workshop and the Health Check?
The Excellence Workshop (approx. 1 day) is focused on strategic perspective. It assesses the maturity of your current planning and analytics processes and identifies the most valuable next steps for improvement. The outcome is a prioritised list of recommendations and improvement opportunities. The Health Check (approx. 4 days) takes a deeper, more technical approach. It reviews your existing EPM solution in detail, examining the data model, integration logic, reporting structures and workflows to identify optimisation opportunities. The outcome is a concrete project roadmap with clearly defined improvement initiatives. The Health Check requires access to the application and underlying environment.
