Excellence Workshops
Excellence workshops by bdg generally serve to set your planning landscape.
In a benchmarking workshop, we work with you to determine the status of the systems your company has in use, what challenges might arise and which improvements should be made.
In a proof-of-concept workshop, we examine the feasibility and prospective benefits of a BI and planning solution based on your existing systems – which software might be best for your purposes and which architecture is suitable for your specific setting.
In a data analysis workshop, we look at your data routes and check whether and how the collected data is correctly fed in and subsequently evaluated. If necessary, we design a data analysis model that meets your requirements.
Our workshops are a consulting service and can be booked independently of a BI project.
Trainings
Independent of implementation projects, we also offer Jedox trainings, held by experienced trainers.
The focus is on training 210 (Specialist Training), 211 (Reporting Specialist Training) and 356 (Integration Professional Training) – the most important advanced knowledge Jedox users and Jedox power users should have.
Support / Application Management Services
Of course, we offer our customers comprehensive support, both for maintenance and for ongoing development in self-service.
Licence holders of our software partners have the possibility to use the support service of bdg – even if your solution is already fully implemented.
