More transparency in finance and real estate planning at Alstria

With over 100 real estate properties, operational planning at real estate company alstria office REIT-AG was extremely complex. The objective of the Board project with better decisions group (bdg) was to make the planning processes more efficient and transparent; these processes included eg the letting of building space, lease renewals, and any construction measures (refurbishment, modernization, maintenance). The result: a powerful solution which reflects the entire property planning process in a consolidated form in the profit and loss statement.
