Too time-consuming, prone to error and not\u00a0very homogenous: the purchasing planning was no longer in\u00a0line with the dynamic business environment and ran the risk\u00a0of losing sight of important key factors in a too slow planning\u00a0process. The goal was to integrate data\u00a0from a wide range of source systems using the Jedox\u00a0Integrator to merge relevant KPIs from different data sources\u00a0for a uniform planning process. It should also be possible to\u00a0provide historical data as a basis for planning to an entirely\u00a0new extent. The planning process was aimed at a top-down\u00a0planning of the financial goals in combination with a\u00a0bottom-up planning on a more detailed level of the product\u00a0hierarchy.
